Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This policy explains what PanelPilot AI collects, why, and how we handle it. Please review it with your own legal advisor before relying on it.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us to run the service: your account details (email, name, workspace name), the credentials you connect (panel API keys, bot tokens, channel settings), and operational data such as ticket content and order details that the service reads from your panel to do its job. We also keep basic usage records (for example, how many tickets were handled) and standard technical logs.

How we use it

We use your data only to provide and improve the features you enable: classifying and replying to tickets, tracking orders, dispatching requests, publishing channel posts, billing, and account support. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

To classify messages and draft replies, ticket content may be processed by third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf under their data-handling terms. We send only what is needed to produce a response.

Sharing

We share data with the service providers that make PanelPilot work — hosting, database, AI models, email delivery, and crypto-payment processing — strictly to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect credentials or delete your account, after which we remove or anonymize associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records by law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can access and update your account information, disconnect connected services, and request deletion. To exercise these, use the contact options on our homepage.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version.
