SMM panel support automation pricing

Every plan is priced by the one thing that actually scales with your panel: how many support tickets the AI handles for you in a month. There is no per-seat fee, no setup fee, and no charge for the orders you fulfil — you already pay your providers for those.

What counts as a ticket

A ticket is one customer conversation that the AI reads and resolves — a refill request, a cancel, a speed-up, or a general question. Follow-up messages inside the same conversation do not add to the count, so a customer who sends three messages while chasing one order costs you one ticket, not three.

Two things are deliberately outside the counter. Order tracking is free on every plan, including Free: the background sweep that re-checks your active orders and warns customers about drops never consumes ticket credit. And requests the AI sets aside for human review are not billed either — you are not charged for the cases it declined to answer.

Annual billing

Paying for a year gets you two months free: Starter drops to $290, Growth to $790 and Pro to $1,490. If your ticket volume is seasonal, monthly is the safer choice — you can move up or down a plan at any time, and the new limit applies from the next cycle.

The Channel Auto-Poster add-on

The Auto-Poster is a separate $9 per month, and it is included at no cost on Pro. It watches your panel for catalogue changes — new categories, price updates, services coming back in stock — and posts each one to your Telegram channel, formatted and timestamped. You can hold posts for review or let it publish automatically.

Payment

Billing runs on crypto through Cryptomus, so there is no card on file and no chargeback exposure on your side. Plans run for 30 days from the day the payment clears and lock automatically when the period ends, which means there is nothing to cancel if you decide to stop — you simply do not renew.

Which plan fits your panel

A useful rule of thumb: count the support messages your panel received last week and multiply by four. If that lands under 300 you want Starter. Between 300 and 800, Growth — and Growth is also the first plan with automatic provider routing, which is where most owners stop touching tickets entirely. Above 800, Pro pays for itself on the tracking cadence alone: a 30-minute sweep catches a dropped order roughly six times faster than the Starter sweep, and dropped orders that customers find before you do are where refund requests come from.

If you are not sure, start on Free. Twenty tickets is enough to watch the AI handle a real week of your own customers before you commit anything.

Common questions about pricing

What happens if I run out of tickets mid-month?

The AI stops auto-replying and everything queues for review on your dashboard rather than being silently dropped. You can upgrade at any point and the higher limit applies immediately.

Do unused tickets roll over?

No. The allowance resets each billing period.

Is there a contract or a cancellation fee?

Neither. Plans expire on their own after 30 days unless you renew.

Can I connect more than one panel?

Each account maps to one panel workspace, with its own credentials and its own ticket allowance. If you run several panels, run several workspaces.

Try it on twenty real tickets first

The Free plan connects to your live panel and handles twenty genuine customer conversations. No card, no trial clock.
