Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of PanelPilot AI (“PanelPilot”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please review them with your own legal advisor before relying on them.
1. The service
PanelPilot is a software service that connects to your social-media-marketing (SMM) panel and helps automate customer support: reading tickets, drafting and sending replies, tracking orders, dispatching requests to providers, and publishing service updates to channels you configure. You are responsible for the panel you connect and the content it serves.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and operate the panel you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PanelPilot to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or violate the terms of any platform you interact with. You are solely responsible for ensuring your panel, your offers, and your messaging comply with applicable laws and the policies of the networks you serve.
4. Connected credentials
To work, PanelPilot stores the API keys, bot tokens, and settings you provide. You authorize us to use them only to operate the features you enable. You can disconnect them at any time, which stops the related processing.
5. Plans, billing, and renewals
Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance for a monthly period and unlock access for that period. Access automatically locks when the period ends unless renewed. Payments are processed by third-party crypto-payment providers; their terms also apply. Because access is granted immediately and digitally, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. AI-generated content
PanelPilot uses automated models to classify messages and draft replies. Automated output can be imperfect. You are responsible for the messages sent from your account, including reviewing automation settings such as confidence thresholds and auto-publish toggles.
7. Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, and we may perform maintenance that briefly affects processing.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or others.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from automated actions you configured. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior three months.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
