About PanelPilot AI

We built this because we were the ones answering “where is my order?” at three in the morning.

Why PanelPilot exists

PanelPilot was built by people who run an SMM panel, not by a team that read about one. The product started as an internal tool: the same four questions — where is my order, the count dropped, please refill, can you cancel — arriving every night, in five languages, from resellers who were entirely reasonable to expect an answer. Hiring for that is expensive and does not scale linearly. Ignoring it costs you the reseller.

So the first version did one thing: read the message, look the order up on the panel, and answer with the real numbers. Everything since has been built on that same principle — verify against the panel first, then answer.

What we believe about support automation

An automation that guesses is worse than no automation. The most important feature in PanelPilot is the one that decides not to reply. Every classification carries a confidence score, and anything below your threshold goes to a human instead of being sent. A confidently wrong answer to a paying reseller costs more than a slow one.

Verify before you act. Refills and cancels are checked against the real order state on your panel before anything happens. This protects margin as much as it protects accuracy.

Own your channels. PanelPilot connects to the bot and the panel you already have. Nothing has to migrate, and if you stop using us, your customers stay exactly where they were.

Language is not a premium feature. Every plan, including the free one, answers in whatever language the customer writes in. Panels selling internationally should not have to pay extra to be understood.

How we build

PanelPilot is a small operation, which shapes the roadmap: we go deep on the PerfectPanel integration rather than shallow on ten platforms, and we would rather ship one feature that survives contact with a live panel than five that demo well. Most of what has been built since launch came from panel owners describing a specific way their queue breaks.

Talk to us

If you run a panel and something here does not match your reality, we would like to hear it — that feedback is the actual roadmap. You can reach us on WhatsApp or Telegram, usually the same day on weekdays.
